Pressure Sewer/ Pumps |
Barnes Pressure Sewer Products |

|
Barnes Pressure Systems is a practical, environmentally safe alternative to gravity sewers. Pressure Sewer products are ideal in locations with difficult terraine as they reduce sewage infrastructure cost by allowing smaller diameter piping to be used in place of large complex sewage systems. |
EcoTran™
The EcoTRAN™ System preserves groundwater ecology by collecting and grinding residential sewage in an underground basin and transmitting the waste under pressure to a remote private or municipal waste treatment plant. The unit is easily installed and maintained as well as aesthetically pleasing. Crane Pumps & Systems also offers comprehensive piping analysis for your projects.

Weinman Pumps |

|

When it comes to general industrial, municipal, commercial and building service pumps, Weinman is widely recognized for quality, efficiency and economy. Weinman pumps are particularly adept in HVAC and water service applications.
Weinman pumping equipment and systems are widely found in boiler feed or booster service, chilled or hot water, cooling tower condensate and sprinkler, ice storage and liquid circulation. General water services include potable water transmission, sump and sewage ejection, municipal and industrial water treatment.
Split Case Weinman pumps meet a wide variety of service needs. The L series single-stage and LVM vertically mounted pumps provide large capacity general service pumping. Rugged and reliable, they combine mechanical simplicity with sophisticated hydraulic design. The JD Series multi-stage pumps offer reliable, low cost, high head pumping for applications such as boiler feed and booster service. Recognized for their quality, efficiency and economy, Weinman split case pumps meet the design criteria of: ASTM, HI, ANSI, AISI, SAE and AMSE.
Deming Horizontal split-case single stage; double suction, general purpose pump, designed for continuous service handling both hot and cold fluids.
Heads To: 500 feet
Flows To: 7,000 g.p.m.
End Suction (Frame Mounted /Closed Coupled) Weinman, Deming, Barnes and Burks versatile, low cost pumps are engineered for use on most phases of liquid handling. These end-suction pumps are heavy duty, general purpose centrifugal pumps with heavy wall castings suitable for many commercial and industrial applications such as condenser, chilled, and hot water systems in HVAC and process secondary pumping. High efficiencies, robust case construction of cast iron, and impeller construction of bronze makes these pumps an ideal selection for applications that require easy-to-maintain, reliable, long lasting pumps.
Heads To: 680 feet
Flows To: 4,000 g.p.m.
Inline Vertical Weinman In-line pumps are specifically designed for heating, air conditioning and industrial applications. Suction and discharge nozzles are located 180° apart on the same centerline for mounting directly in a pipe line. This eliminates critical pipe alignment for ease of assembly and minimum pipe strain. The need for costly foundations is eliminated, which guarantees minimum space requirements.
Heads To: 350 feet
Flows To: 1,500 g.p.m.
Condensate Return Units
Burks and Weinman condensate Units are designed for automatic return of hot water condensation from radiators, coils, etc. to low and high pressure boilers, or for return of water and other liquids to the overhead tanks of industrial gravity circulating systems. All units are shipped complete, ready for fast, easy installation.
Heads To: 300 feet
Flows To: 225 g.p.m.

Holland Pumps |

|

Holland Suction Pumps featuring our unique priming system include a 50 cfm diaphragm vacuum pump. Our major competitors use a 15cfm compressor pump. The result is gives you the following advantages
Holland Rotary Lobe (LobeStar) Pumps
- Rotary pumps are self priming and do not require separating air from water. As a result, these pumps are simple and reliable. Centrifugals require complicated self priming and water speration systems that are more prone to failure
- Rotary pumps have steady discharge flow vs. centrifugals which surge, lowering output
- Centrifugal pumps require up to 62% more horsepower than our rotary pumps, resulting in higher fuel costs
Hollands Axail Flow Pumps
- Eliminates priming problems which means you don't have to worry about weekend and midnight shutdowns caused by lost prime
- Can run dry indefinitely. Suction lift pumps will suffer extensive damage if run dry which may result from a loss of prime or a dry hole
- Power unit can be safely and conveniently located up to 100 yards from the pump. Suction pumps are attached to power unit
- Low cost per gallon transferred compared to suction pumps
